Shrimp tempura, gluten free
Ingredients
Shrimp or vegetable for frying
Tempura mix flour, BIF brand 250g
Cold water 412g
Oil for frying
Methods
1. Combine tempura mix flour with cold water.
2. Heat oil to 170C. Coat shrimp with the batter above and dip in the oil to fry.
3. Sprinkle the batter on each shrimp while frying. Remove from the oil once shrimps turn golden.
4. Drain, then serve.
