Ingredients for Crepe

  • Crepe mix flour, gluten free 400g
  • Water 600g
  • Butter, melted 60g
  • Eggs 4

Ingredients for Tom Yum sauce

  • Sweet mayonnaise 200g
  • Tom Yum sauce 100g
Methods

1. Beat eggs, water and crepe mix flour together until smooth.
2. Pour in melted butter. Keep beating until combined.
3. Put the batter in the fridge for 15 minutes or leave in room temperature for 30 minutes.
4. Heat a pan on low heat. If using an electric pan, set the heat at 120C.
5. Drop about 1/3 cup of batter in the pan and spread thinly. Cook until golden in color.
6. Use the cooked crepe to wrap any preferred stuffing into a roll. Serve with Tom Yum sauce.
