Ingredients
1. Rice flour, Jade Leaf brand 100g
2. Sugar 75g
3. Baking powder 5g
4. Coconut milk 85g
5. Water 85g
6. Jasmin extract ¼ tsp
7. Food coloring, per preference
Methods
1. In a mixing bowl, add rice flour, baking powder, sugar, coconut milk, water and Jasmin extract. Stir to combine.
2. Divide the mixture above in 3 separate bowls. Then, add small amount of food colorings in the bowls. Stir to combine.
3. Then, prepare the dessert molds by first steaming them in the steamer. Once the molds are hot, spoon in the mixture. Steam the mixture on high heat for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat, remove the lid, and move the molds from the stove. Let cool. Once cool, gently remove the dessert from the molds.
