Shrimp tempura. Crispy. Delicious. Japanese style.
Let me just say, this recipe is totally awesome, even more pleasant dipping in a sauce. Let’s make it.
Methods
1. Tempura mix flour, BIF brand 200g
2. Water 300g
3. Mix the above 2 ingredients together
4. White shrimps, shelled and cleaned
5. Dip the shrimps into the mixed batter
6. Sprinkle some of the batter into a pot of oil heated at 180C
7. Follow with the dipped shrimps
8. Fry until the shrimps turn yellow.
9. Remove from heat. Shake off the excess oil. Ready to serve.
