Ingredient of Pandanus Pudding

  • Rice flour 100 g. (By Jade leaf brand)
  • Tapioca starch 50 g. (By Jade leaf brand)
  • Coconut sugar 100 g.
  • Granulated sugar 100 g.
  • Lime water 600 g.
  • Pandan water 170 g.

Ingredient of Coconut Cream

  • Rice flour 5 g. (By Jade leaf brand)
  • Coconut milk 200 g.
  • White sesame 15 g.
  • salt (Just a little bit as you like)

 

Cooking methods

  1. Bring rice flour and tapioca starch mixed with lime water the poor as one homogeneous.
  2. Bring coconut sugar and granulated sugar to dissolve,Then mixed with starch water together.
  3. Strain all the ingredients into the pan, stirring constantly until the batter is cooked and translucent.
  4. When the dough is cooked, the dough will become transparent, lift it from the pan. and set aside to cool.
  5. Put fresh coconut milk,Rice Flour, and salt into the pot, stirring until sticky.
  6. Put the snacks in a container, top with coconut milk and sprinkle a little sesame seeds ready to serve.
