A dessert dish for a café, Waffle.
Whichever café offers this dish, it’s a guarantee for a packed crowd.
Ingredients
· Waffle mixed flour, BIF brand 400g
· Eggs 2
· Liquid whipping cream 50g
· Water 300 CC
· Butter, melted 50g
Methods
1. Crack eggs into a bowl and beat to combine the yolks and the whites.
2. Pour in whipping cream, water and waffle mixed flour. Stir to combine,
3. Follow with melted butter and stir to combine.
4. Spoon the mixed batter into a waffle maker and cook for about 2 minutes.
5. Add toppings and ice cream, follow by chocolate sauce, on top of the waffle.
