Tips to cook Kuzukiri Japanese translucent noodle

Tips to cook Kuzukiri Japanese translucent noodle to obtain soft and chewy texture.


Many of us are frustrated that we can’t seem to get soft noodle texture after boiling.  Today, we have some tips for you to make soft and chewy noodle.

Steps to cook Kuzukiri Japanese translucent noodle
  1. Mix 200 ml soup base, Mishoku brand with 500 ml of water in a pot.
  2. Soak Kuzukiri noodle in water for 10-15 minutes.  Once the soup boils, add the noodle to the pot for 5-10 minutes. **The longer you boil, the more delicious the noodle becomes.
  3. Add meat and vegetables, as desired.

Tips : Soak the noodle in water until softened, then bring to boil, will shorten the cooking time.
