Ingredients
· Pancake mix flour, gluten free, BIF brand 400g
· Milk 200 ml
· Butter, melted 80g
· Eggs 2

Methods
1. Mix eggs, milk, and pancake mix flour, gluten free together until combined.
2. Gradually add melted butter.  Continue beating until combined.
3. Add the batter in a squeezable bottle with a removable narrow tip. 
4. Heat a pan on low heat.  Once hot, squeeze the batter onto the pan. 
5. Once bubbles start to form, flip to the other side.  Cook about 1 more minute.
6. Serve and top with fruit flavored syrup or honey.
