Free Recipe: Corn and Tapioca Pearl Coconut Pudding
Ingredients
1. Green tapioca pearls, Jade Leaf brand ½ cup
2. Water 2 cups
3. Corn ½ cup
4. Sugar ½ cup
5. Coconut milk ½ cup
6. Salt, to taste
Methods
1. Rinse Green tapioca pearls, Jade Leaf brand in clean water, set aside.
2. Boil water in a pot. Add tapioca. Boil until cooked and transparent. Then, add corn and sugar. Let it boil again and spoon out. Set aside.
3. In another pot, heat coconut milk on low heat. Add salt. Boil until thickened. Then, spoon on top of the tapioca pudding before serving.
