Ingredients
1. Fried banana flour, Jade Leaf brand 1,000g
2. Cultivated banana, nearly ripe 1 banana
3. Shredded coconut flesh 750g
4. Ice cold water 500ml
5. White sesame 100g
Method
1. Mix and combine fried banana flour, Jade Leaf brand 1,000g and shredded coconut 750g with ice cold water 500ml.
2. Add white sesame 100g to the batter above.
3. Heat oil. Meanwhile, thinly slice bananas lengthwise and dip into the batter. Fry in the oil at 170C temperature. Make sure to submerge the banana slices.
4. Fry until golden and crispy before removing. Ready to serve.
